That being said, post one thing about dbzf you would change, bring back, etc. I think we should have more topics like this for the staff to sift through. I think a lot of the time members don't realize that staff members' jobs are to maintain and progress the forum at large, so it's the community's responsibility to give suggestions, feedback, etc for the staffers. Only 3 rules for this topic; don't suggest someone be made a staffer or lose their position & this is not a debate thread, give your suggestion and maybe a brief explanation (goes for mods too even though I obviously can't stop you from it) & try not to troll if you can help it. My suggestion: Bring the dislike button back. Pretty simple for me, didn't have much of a reason for it to be taken away even though at the time I didn't argue much because the staff seemed scattered on a lot of issues. Some suggestions you might like that have been mentioned periodically over the year: -Bringing back Podcasts -Bringing back DBZF Monthly News -Incorporating a Reputation System -Work that went undone with dbzf.org -Interview Section; Maybe needing new Interviewers -Forum Rules & Section Rules -How to earn elite & legend status -Parliament ups and downs -Changes in Donator Perks -Adding and removing sections -Continuing Member of the Month -The whateverthe** happened with the spam section(s). .......You get the point, I hope everyone can give an honest answer. To be honest we had a lot of ups and downs this year and I think too much of the forum is staff-driven when it should be member-driven, so that's why I made this topic. Maybe underline the one most important to you though, if you want.

I used to do a podcast every single week and they were fun to do and listen to! I would love to have these for when I'm resting or doing homework. -Bringing back DBZF Monthly News Once again, I'd love to be kept in the DBZF loop. -Incorporating a Reputation System Uhhhhh maaaybe? It'd be nice to have an idea of other members, but I don't want the forum to be a lot of rep whoring. -Interview Section; Maybe needing new Interviewers Interviews are always fun! -Changes in Donator Perks Maybe make a donator-only chat or some kind of perk like that? -Continuing Member of the Month Always good to have an incentive to make good posts!

Chrome	Here's my suggestion: don't bring dislikes back The negativity is undeniable. I 've seen staff members go nuts after someone disliked their post. And they will argue that it was a random dislike, when in reality the person genuinely did not like their post. I know some people want it back really bad, but please do everyone a favour and don't bring back such negative things... alright that's all

I think that's about it from me.^^ In regards to interviews feedback on current ones is always nice - also for members to respond to interview questions. I had one which I started and kinda just faded off due to the member not replying If you wish to help out with the interview team (as an interviewer) again PM me and we'll see. To do this though we would ideally like a well-spoken long-term community member. Receiving interviews is chosen by the interview team perse. There is a reason that facebook has never installed a dislike button. It was a conscious business decision to only have the option to like something. Feel free to show support for someones post, however if you don't like it (if you disagree changes are you can reply politely to the thread explaining your opinion) then there is no need to respond to it.
